ITR throttle body part#?

using this gasket on a overbore 64mm tb and was thinking about using the ITR tb gasket since its already 62mm so i wouldn't have that much to cut out.

what part# is it and cost?

also part# and cost for ITR throttle cable

Part#16176-P73-004 T/B GASKET

PART#17910-ST7-R01 for the ITR T/cable.

Prices varies amoung dealerships.
