upgrade to the d16y8 intake manifold and then any b series t-body will bolt to it.

Bore out your stock throttle body and have the intake manifold port matched to the TB. I would recommend JG TB...runs about $150....same TB you send gets bored out or take a visit to your local machine shop and have them bore it out. The above is your best bet...not to many options.

[QUOTE]ported (not polished) head [QUOTE]

ive heard good and bad things about polishing the head, on the quads we would polish the dome and exhaust ports but rough up the intake, the guy said it would allow the air/fuel/oil (2 stroke) to mix better and actually allow more air in the mix, now on all of the 4strokes ive seen, the whole head was polished to allow the fuel to flow faster to the head and from the 2 stroke we could tell a difference when we broke the head down and cleaning it, we could tell the motor flowed more freely. oh wait.. this was about just the TB, yea bore it out and then have it matched. b/c there would be a ledge to stop the flow, the main trick is free flow the motor,

PROFESIONAL ADVICE: A Ported T-Body will make more power up high! BUT, you will lose low end power as well as torque. UNLESS you match that T-Body with a aftermarket cam of some sort. As far as "Loco Honkey" goes, thanks for slammin me on my previous thread!!!

Sorry for not getting back to you guys sooner, but I have a JRSC pushin 12psi, thats why I need some extra flow. Up until this point I have put up with a POS JG TB, they f'n suck. They dont idle for sh*t, wandering all over the place. When you hold up a "closed" JG TB to the sunlight, it will blind you! LOL

Actually, I found out that any 94-95 integra LS TB will bolt right up. Now I just have to find a good one!

BTW, is this board so lame that it can't answer the question I posted? I come here for constructive questions and answers, not opinions, no wonder I dont come here often.

I had my factory EG t/b bored to 58mm from http://www.ProFlowDesign.com for $140. I sent them mines...and they returned it within 3days. I'd recommend them anyday of the week before buying something else. Just goto their site, and tell them that you're sending yours off your car and they'll put a rush on it to get it to you as quickly as possible to minimize down time.
