i have a 95 honda accord ex coupe 5spd and want to know if the 5th gen lude parts like aem intake, cam gears, guage cluster, and exhaust fit my car. thx.

 

With the intake stick with the Accord one, the cam gear is engine type dependent, stick with an accord exhaust, and some serious time is involved to mod an Accord to accept a Prelude gauge cluster.

 

really? i thought the cluster fits right in.

why not just buy accord parts?

 

b/c some guy is selling his evo exhaust used for under 200

 

5th gen prelude parts probably wouldnt match that accord

that accord would be matched with a 4th gen prelude

 

wouldn't it be easy if you call the local performance shop, you are going to get different answers, i am telling you from experience.

The shops have done several things and they surely won't charge you for recommendations.

Just a suggestion.

 

yea right. thx. forgot about those guys as well. i've been hearing that it would be too short, but all it need is an extension.

i just put my old 5th gen lude exhaust on parents 5th gen accord because it was rusted out.. it did take an extension from the cat to the 1st bend some hangers had to be moved and where it goes by the suspension it had to be extended but over all there was not a lot of modifications needed the bends lined up with the extensions and it was a good way to use parts that were just sitting around.
