Default Please Help! Tranny Problem....

My Girlfriend has a 96 Accord V6. Sometimes..well now 85% of the time as soon as you start it up the D4 on the cluster flashes. It flashes constintly. Also when it is flashing it shifts hard. I dont know if it is the filter or not. The fluid looks good and is not low or burnt. She has 90,000 miles on it. Could somebody tell me what it is?

Thanks,
Jason

. How do I find out the code? In my book it says if it flashes a certain amount of times, but it just keeps flashing on and off non stop.
