Default fuel pressure??

i know the stock fuel pressure is around 40psi. i just installed my b&m FPR and my gauge reads somewhere close to 50psi at idle. but after test driving it around. it went up to 60psi..is that normal? what is a safe psi or should be at?

i idle PSI on stock should be 36psi and Wide open Throttle should be around 46psi.

So to similate WOT, Disconnect the vacuume hose going into the FPR. THen adjust it to 46 from there..

THen you'll be running rich if it's too high.. you're just dumping a **** load of fuel

i think you're suppose to do that with the key on the "On" Position. Not with the engine on.

it's been said if it's set high enough it causes ur injectors to stick, cause ur puttting to much load in the injector pintile. That will cause ur car to run erraticly and lean over at the end. Then u know what comes after that. Invest on A/F gauge if ur gonna be playing with ur fuel mixture a lot.
