Where are the bottlenecks in a full ITR exhaust system?
I know there are bottlenecks in the ITR exhaust system, but where are they (in the full USDM header->cat->catback)? Which ones can be removed and is it worth the money to remove them?

Cat flange and muffler flange.
Dave of SMSP sells a flange that'll replace it. You can also get the flanges from Summit Racing, JC Whitney, or Jegs.
