stock p28 single cam ecu w/ a dohc motor?
P28, p30 and P72 they all have the same internals the only thing that change is the configuration of the chip. You can use a P28 in a B18C4 engine or C5, all u got to do is change the chip...
I made that for some of my Accord friends who I've been helping convert to P28. Obviously your ECU has nothing there, I had to use those pics cuz i didnt have a good scan of an unsocked ecu
Usually you can get all of those parts at a local electronics supply or a GOOD Class A radioshack, just lookin the yellow pages.Going further here is a rom i posted for people in your position, this is a P30 rom (B16A) with the knock sensor disabled (p28 has no provisions for knock sensor anyway). If you know someone savvy or have an electronics repair shop they can help you burn that ROM... cost ya 10-15 bucks probobly total to socket, and burn this rom! Don't pay someone big $$ when you can DIY

Wow, a C4 engine, never heard of, is that JDM...
I think you mean B18C1...
Anyway, a stock p28 ECU is designed for automatic. It needs to be chipped.
I run a chipped p28 on a jdm b16...

Huh, P28 comes in manual OR automatic flavors just like everyother damn Honda ECU. Its TRIVIAL to convert one. All you do is remove RP17 and RP18, replace RP18 with a jumper wire. It actually requires NO chipping... just changing those jumpers
edit: BTW that info is for all P05, p06, p28, p30, p75 and p72.. and any other varient i missed

c4 is somethng u ued to blow up things.... teg motors are anywere from xsi 1.6- a stroked 1.8.. for the c4 i think u ment b18c1-gsr or b18c5 type-r. as for diffront country's, they are all c5's utell them apart by the seriel or stap on the head, and block, block will always say c5 for a type-r, head will be stamped 98 its a 99 c5,, its easy,, just learn more
B18C4 is a Civic 1.8 Vti 97+ EDM ... beyond that I can't find any information on it.
edit: actually here are the specs, looks pretty identical to a b18c1 to me
you ppl shouldnt assume so much
