Default O2 sensors and OBD1 conversion...

On my 97' teg, do I need to replace any o2 sensors? Both of mine are in the damn cat., and I know I need one in the header? Or am I completely off

If you are going with the OBD1 conversion you only need one O2 sensor and it goes into your header

Also, will I run into any problems running a JDM B16 ecu? It's my friends and I get to use it for free...will I have to change the injectors? Re-do the timing?
