Default b16ef suspension set-up

hey guys, i need to know what kinda suspension you b16 ef guys are running. i got a 4-1gsr header goin on my motor and i know its gonna hang low. (seen pics) so im lookin for a spring/strut combo thats gonna keep my car at stock or close to stock height. ive been lookin into the eibach pro-kit but what strut pairs with them well for what im lookin for? or should i go with coilovers? for those of you that were or are in my situation, your help would be greatly appreciated.

p.s.
im already lowered with some springs but its sittin really low right now so im lookin to get this done asap. thanks again fellas

just a little heads up, koni sells these NEUSPEED version struts. they are shortened. if you want that header to last make sure your struts are not the neuspeed edition yellows

on a b16 i did recently we put kyb 5 ways and ground controls on and its doing good. he had it sitting REALLY low for a while and the manifold rubbed a bit, but he raised it up and its all good.

I am running KYBs with Ground Controls and I love them. I HIGHLY recommend Ground Control awesome quality and even better customer service. I don't work for them or anything I am just speaking from personal experience.

I just installed Eibach sport springs and KYB struts this past weekend and I am really surprised how smooth it rides. It's not harsh at all but it's firm enough to keep the car planted while cornering.

My old lude had H&R springs with tokico struts and the thing was bouncy as hell.
