Default 95 gsr, will a 99 si axelback work with no modifications? Quick

Well heres the deal my friend has a 95 gsr, stock exhuast at the momemt, he has header, intake, nos plate kit*installed at our house last saturday, so is in desperate need of an exhuast.

My local friend has 95 gsr piping for an n1, and another local(down the street) has a full n1 catback form his 99 si, both are friends and this woudl be a really good deal for my friend(95gsr) So will it fit, I imagine so, couldnt be too much different from axle back, but just wanted to see if you guys had a definite answer.

Were trying to get his car ready for the track on friday

Iggy, I have two axle-back sections for Integra if you need one... One has the flange still attached and is a GSR style tip, the other is a LS style tip with no flange... Let me know...

You can call me at work... 972-539-2228

He's just wanting to run it at the track, right? That's the reason for the exhaust? Just get the piping and bolt his stock axelback to it. Unbolt it at the track when he's ready to run. Or is he looking for something permanent?

Dustin what piping is this from, what kind of exhuast?

Well heres what I got so far, were goign to Buy Stick's old gsr apex n1 piping, and then double121, just upgrade to 3" n1 so he has his catback collecting dust in his garage. Plans are to go get piping tonight and then when we come back well run over to jeremys house and see what we got to play with on the axleback. This is for a permanent setup. My friend has access to mandrel pipe bender and welder at his shop if need be.

Im sure it can be modified to work, but since meet is tomorrow we just wanna see how much time we have to play with.

Ohhh... Both of mine are stock axle-back pieces... I think VSV may have a 3" N1 muffler in stock, so you could Felix and see how much that would be... Then it would just have to be welded, which Stoney can for you also...

Thanks for the heads up, So in order to work it would need to be extended x amount of inches to clear, and then were clear? Cutting welding adding shouldnt be a problem. Thanks I guess well see what we can do before tomorrow.

No, it will not fit correctly. And even if you somehow got it bolted on, the whole thing would stick out like 9 inches past your bumper. The exhaust hangers are located much further back on Si's. Trust me. I learned the hard way. I bought an Si axle back before researching. I had to get an exhaust shop to custom fit the axleback section, and shorten the neck of the exhaust tip because it was too long.
