Hi folks,

I am trying to hunt down someone who has a set of new front hubs for a 94 & up GSR in-stock. Busted off a bunch of lugnuts at Summit this past weekend and am trying to get the car back together for it's ECHC debut at Summit Point on Nov. 1st. Everyone I have called so far has had to order them.

Thanks for the quick reply. I am hoping to find a new hub for reliability reasons...Any other suggestions?

 

Same part is used on similar year Civics, try a Honda dealer? I got one when I needed it from the local one, the Acura dealer did not have one.

On a related note, does anyone know if the later one-piece ones will fit the earlier cars? I had wondered if it fits, if it might be stronger?

 

1992-1995 Civic EX/Si hubs are the same fitment. I doubt that any dealer (Acura or Honda) will stock these parts. You most likely will have to order them.

You busted the lugs? Why not just have the hub pressed off and install new studs? While you are at it, you might as well have new bearings pressed in too.

92 Si ubs are PN: 446600-so1-980

97 GSR hubs are 44600-so4-a00

They do not think they are the same part. Any insights would be very appreciated! - Phillip

 

I think 97 is when the Integra went to a one piece hub/bearing unit. Earlier years should interchange with the Civic.
