I think it's about time to change these wires, due to hitting the 120,000 mile mark. Any suggestions on a good replacement? Everything on the car is stock, but I do want to get a high quality set of plug wires to let the engine work at it's best. Thanx. Also, how often should these be changed?

 

get oem honda or NGK, they last about 100k miles or earlier if they become frayed or damaged.

I always tried to replace them at least once every year on the 5th gen. I had, along with the other distributor components. Did this for the piece of mind.

 

check the resistance, feel the boot and all the joint, if the resistant is some what close to oem spec, you are fine

 

those oem spark plug wires are very well made, worry about your charging system instead. have them checked
