No... Your just pushing the spring up... The shock will stay at the same pressure, and the spring will stay just as stiff...
What you will do, is lengthen the susspension travel... And give yourself a higher center of gravity...

depends, is it bounchy becuase you are hitting the bumpstops? or cus the strut spring combo is wrong? if you are hittting the bump stops and its bounceing then yes you can raies it up and no more bounce.

actually it will..... i've done it on my car used to have the thing dumped and it bounced like crazy but then i was bottuming out to but once i raised my front a inch or two it wasn't as bad...
