Thats mostly true since the cars are the same other then the motor....
Exhaust will fit but it has to be mod'd a little.. mostly everything else is bolt on though..

exhaust will fit without any modification.
most of itr parts will fit rs integra, minus the engine parts.
shocks won't fit (you'll need lca)

Thats probably true cause i got my exhaust off my friend who has a ITR and he had headers so i think thts what did it....
