Default convert it to ODBII

how much would it run me to convert a ITR motor to ODBII so it can pass smog?
plus what is everything i need to do?

To pass smog, you don't convert the motor.... you convert the chassis. you need to change the gas tank over to a OBD2 version. there is a sensor in there. You need to convert the inside wiring to OBD2 spec. I only know of one person that succesfully did this Jeff Sloan from the Hybrid boards in a white hatch. Its the only legal way.
