Default b16 oxygen sensor location?

hey guys I have to get my emissions test next month and need to relocate my O2 sensors into my header so that they work properly. right now they are where my cat would be if I had one.
I just wanted to verify that the O2 bungs should be located in the 1 & 3 down pipes.
Also the first cylinder is the one furthest to the pass side right?

Yes, one and three will work fine.
One is the cylinder right next to the timing belt.
Install them about 12" from the head.

No cylinder #1 is farthest to the drivers side.

Looking from the passenger side it goes 4 3 2 1.
