Default looking to buy my first lude have some Q's

Im looking to sell or trade my civic for a 92 - 96 Lude tell what you guys think...

What should I look to pay for a fairly low mileage DOHC VTEC 5 speed with a Str8 body??

What kind of 1/4 mile times do they run with Basic Bolt ons?? like I/H/E and a Vtec controler,

Any one in here have a clean modded Lude they wanna trade for a civic Coupe?? and a lil money. I want something nice Maybe with a Tastfull lip kit.

good choice on goin 4 a lude,
if you're for a vtec one w/low mi try to find one off some lady who
probably hasn't ran it too hard i would say around 6-8 g's 4 it
or find one w/a blown engine for the low and rebuild it.
the vtec's w/the mods you listed should be good for low 15/ high 14's
w/a good driver

You might just save yourself a little money by dropping in an H22...you'd then have the best part of a Lude (the engine) in a Civic.

I mean, I'm not hating on Ludes here, but they're pretty expensive from what I have seen because I was going to get a Prelude instead of a del Sol, but found out that they were way out of my price range.

ok well im at the point with my car, where I dont know what to do, Just seems like its getting old to me. My car isn't much but in my VERY LOCAL area its considered hot ****, considering the ricer bull ***** around here. The car is more or less a show car, I have placed great top 5 in 17 out of 25 shows I have taken it to... Nopi, Z-hills Import power blitz.... So anyways, I can save up and do another B series swap or get a new car which I like the idea of.... I went a test drove a 94 Lude H22 5 speed today, With Ice man Cold air intake, DC headers, and custom exhuast, also had Vtec controler and Type S cams. Car Was not very impresive body wise considering the dings and dents and knicks and scrachs, The interior was bout a 6 out of 10. I wanted to take it for a drive and the kid said "go ahead Beat on her, bring it on to the rev limiter" That kinda discouraged me... So we got on a nice stretch and I dumper the clutch at like 4K got a nice luanch. This Lude hit VTEC harder then I have ever heard a honda do. Loud as **** and the car lost traction again when Vtec kicked... Bout the only thing impresive bout the car. Maybe in was the Ice man Intake but it was one of the sweetest automotive noises I have ever heard. Anyways the kid offered his car and 2K for a trade. Dont think im intrested but definitly looking to do a deal. Anyone have a Lude for trade willing to work a deal?
