itr rear lca's thicker?

Default itr rear lca's thicker?

can anyone confirm that the itr rear lca's are thicker than regular integra's? i read that it was over in the civic forum and wanted to know if its true

What do you mean 'thicker'?

Material isn't any thicker, but the way the shock mounts into it makes the ITR/88 CRX control arm wider than the normal piece o' crap Integra/Civic LCA.

definitely heavier, so there's more metal there somehow.. I personally haven't had two side by side to compare though..

The Integra GSR/LS lca is a lot heavier.

The ITR lca is bigger, but lighter. If hold the two side by side...you'll see why simply by the design.

Todd00, I've always wondered what's the advantage. Are they less likely to flex with that construction design?

I'd take a picture if I wasn't busy right now. The ITR lca's are not solid all the way through like the GSR ones...if that makes sense. Hint, look at the ITR lca from below.
