anyone out there know anyone who has or can get the mugen decal for the side
of the ITR i cant find one. any help would be great i tried king but they are out

Those are discontinued along with the FG-360 steering wheel.

Funny thing is no one ever wants that stuff till its gone. The demand went up like 100 percent since king announced that it was gonna be discontinued.

 

did mugen discontinue everything for the integra ?

Mugen doesn't supply anything for Honda's F1 engines...so I don't think that's a mugen stripe on the side of the BAR cars--Lucky Strike happens to use the same/similar colors in their logo (hmm, subliminal Mugen advertising?). Check out these shots of both Honda-equipped cars--Jordan:
