This manifold is the same as this picture. And it comes with the flanges.

guys, do your research these may be pretty but are also very bad on cracking issues... check out homemadeturbo.com/forum and do a search on the SSautochrome
I got one for D series and it looks to be very nice quality. Will be putting it on soon. But I talked to someone who has a D series one and he told me it was holding up just fine. Got my t3 super 60 today so all will be on soon :-P
well, their negative feedbacks and many complaints would sure make me never buy one, and yeah bracing the hell out of it would be great, but then you might as well buy a quality turbo manifold, i'm just trying to help turbo noobs from making dumb mistakes
i also read the feedback and actually emailed a few guys that posted it..........And it doesn't look good! I guess it comes down to how much boost you have. But the guy or the sellers comments don't help!
The newer ones are already braced. You can't see it in that pic, but underneath the primaries are 2 braces. I have one on my girlfriend's Integra. It's held up for 6 months and about 5.5K miles without any cracking. I got it for her before I knew much about them. When I heard the negatives, I started inspecting it every week and so far no issues. The older non braced ones did crack all the time though.
