Default ITR 5 lug conversion

How hard is this to do on a 97 EX with ABS already installed?

if your pretty much getting all the parts off the ITR like control arms and such...then its easy...cuz the suspension on the ITR is much closer to the 92-95 civics...not the 96+

Not to kill your sale, but this a kind of silly mod to me. There is no reason that you can't get the stopping power you need out of a 4 lug setup. Not only that, but the 5 lug adds a lot of unspring weight.

5 lug is stronger. Also you get bigger brakes from the itr.

i never understood this mod either? why not just use the money and get a wilwood 4piston caliper kit from fastbrakes or precisionbrakes.com?

Some people would rather have an oem set up than an aftermarket. It's personal preference I guess.

Yeah well i said the same but i want to keep the sleeper look stock look with 15" or 16" ITR mags.

Next year im doing 5 lug with the 98 ITR 16" rims in gunmetal

Plus the ITR brakes fit in my 15" slicks

No its all about preference,
Not everyone is concearn with the added weight, and allot of people like the looks. Like I said before I'd rather see or have a car with 5 bolt rather then a 4 bolt with a wilwood and rotas like EVERYONE has.

plus the five lug is not that much of a difference in weight. especially if using different wheels than the ITR 5 lugs
