Default New nitrous Q's (quick ones)

I just got hold of a Nitrous Oxide Solutions Direct Port nitrous kit for my 92 vtec. The first problem is it comes with minimum jets of 120hp! (Think I need to get some smaller 75 shot jets).
My questions are as follows:
Do I NEED an uprated fuel pump. If so, what flow rate will I require?
Do I NEED to uprate the fuel pressure regulator. If so, what do people recommend, and what should the pressure be set at (Both on and off the bottle)
Ignition – Obviously I’m going to need to retard the timing a few degrees. My timing is already advanced by two degrees, so I pressume I need to take it back to standard, then retard it a few degrees from that point? Also, what ignition will retard the timing for me, and how do they work? Is the timing adjustable from inside the car or something? The reason I ask is because I need the ignition retarding for the nitrous, but don’t want the car to run like crap when it’s off the bottle (retarded ignition on n/a motor – not the best option). So I want to know how easy it is to adjust the timing by the ignition when I’m on and off the bottle.
I know of MSD and Crane Cams ignitions, but because I’m new to all this, and don’t get much help in the UK, I need you guys to recommend what specific model would be best for me.
I know some of these questions have been asked before (particularly regarding ignitions, but I’ve never been able to find a definitive answer that I’m happy about.
Thanks guys
