Default spring rate for ep3 with GC

What did everyone decide for a starting spring rat with ground controls? i want a good spring rate for track/street but can not decide on how many pounds. PS i dont mine if the ride is a little rough i will put adjustble dampers in

When I had GCs, they came in 425 front and 375 in the rear.

Tein Flex : 448/560
JIC : 448/504
KW : 348/500

? I dont see why people are softening thier rear springs on the EP.

before one chooses a certain spring rate, you must make sure the shock is fit to dampen it.

I.E. a higher spring rate on the proper shock will ride MUCH better than a lower rate on a crappy shock..


the 400ish F and 550ishR is about at the limit of a "comfortable" highway ride with the proper shock
