Default Battery Problem- Is this a good buy?

I have an Optima SpiralCell Performance Battery for sale. For anyone who is into performance, you know this is the best of the best. It is in perfect condition. Model # D75OU Part # 8014-021. I was using it as a secondary battery in my trunk to power my stereo. Please check sizing/fitting before bidding. Retails for over $100US easily. Local pickup only!

That is an add in a local paper (left phone number out so knowone here snakes)
Can anyone tell me if this is a good battery? what are some things about it? like cold cranking amp or stuff like that because I know jack about batteries and need a good one for the system in my sig + a tv and some mics power drawers like radar detector. ALSO will it fit in my 89 Crx Si

Thanks

Don't buy a used battery unless it's like 5 bucks or sumpthin. You never know what the other guy did to it. I don't think it will fit your CRX either. Too wide for the factory location.

if it is to wide I wont have it because my weight ratio is already gone to **** with my massive box and heavy subs. Still its a great deal and for an optima yellow top that was used as a spare for a guys system, whats a good price to pay?

You can get a new one for around $120-130. Also its a yellow top. Yellow tops are marine type batteries. They are made for long charges and long discharges. A red top is the one to use for a primary battery in a car.

Personally I would not want a lead acid battery inside a car with me.
I also would not buy a used battery unless you knew the person it came from.

You may want to look into Stinger dry cell batteries. I believe they weigh 24lbs.
