curious to see what cams and valvetrain you guys are using....also what you guys would want to use

 

EF-1 M22 cams & EF-1 aliminum retainers & EF-1 valvesprings.

 

Stil in the process of buying these parts:

All skunk2 valvetrain, skunk2 stage 2 cams, skunk2 stainless steal valves. And skunk2 cam gears of course... Still contemplating a 3 angle valve job... Dunno if it's worth it for a daily driver tho...

 

why wouldn't a 3 angle valve job be daily driven????

 

lol no it's good... I just don't know if i would want to spend my money on it just yet... (a working college student).... So at this point i'd rather spend the money on some JE slugs...

Portflow Springs, Retainers, Ferrea Valves, Spoon Gears, Spoon cams, Mugen headgasket.

 

Skunk2 Stage 2 cams, Valvesprings, Retainers and Cam gears. Ferrea Stainless .5mm oversize valves and and a Cometic 84mm Custom Head Gasket..

but to get the most power out of the cams I'm ganna need some higher compression pistons

talk to Matt at Speed Machine, hes got a 1.5L making 181 WHP runnin mid 12's...

Bisi's F22 is making well over 300WHP , Id say what hes got would probably be the best...

dream setup ? pneumatic valvetrain in b-series head with custom camshaft and intake induction... can you say 15K rpms ?

 

hf motor with a sick moose antler wing. And hydrolics, With a batmobile body kit.

spoon 65mm t/b..on the way
twm itb/s with carbon fiber or just silver air horns..i have skunk 2 manifold
spoon 4-1 header..i have dc sports 4-1 itr
toda timing belt..on the way
skunk 2 high comp valves..on the way
dont know whos gonna do the machine work yet

Next time I come down there Ill set aside some time and pull Vinces head off

 

everyone thinks it's a spun rod bearing...the car is at josh's house sitting there

 

I don't have a "dream setup".. things change too fast to settle on one part or manufacturer.
