I'll take a stab, but you should really try the hybrid forum.
wiring: if the DA is a 92-93, the gsr wiring harness should plug right into the engine bay harness, but you will have to run wires through the firewall for vtec. You will need an obd1 vtec ecu, preferably a p72 or a chipped p28, but you will not be able to operate the secondary butterflies in the intake manifold with the p28.
axles: use whatever coincides with the tranny you plan on using.
mounts: not 100% on this one, but you'll probably need DA mounts.
You'll need a gsr throttle cable, and firewall bracket.
The DA exhaust will most likely mate to the gsr header fine, but again, not 100% on this one either.
You'll definitely want a cable b-series VTEC tranny, you'll probably fall out of vtec in between shifts with the ls tranny.
Another option is the hasport cable to hydro kit which I *believe* is now available. This will allow you to use the hydro gsr tranny without adding the clutches lines and resevoirs.
Shoot me a PM if you have any more ????

You should know damn well not to use the N word when there is even the slightest chance that you might offend someone. I'm not offended personally, I just think you are an idiot and I wont helpya.

If you haven't purchased the DA teg yet, try and buy a 92-93 one. The 92-93 tegs were obd1. This will simplify the install. You will be able to use the existing harness, will be able to use the multi-length manifold solenoid thing if you want, will be able to use all the different good obd1 ecu's, even the p72 that is made for it if you want, you won't have to deal with the stupid 2 o2 sensor problems, and will simplify modding the car as a whole. Basically if you are planning any decent amount of mods you will have to convert to obd1 anyways. Turbo's in particular are very difficult with a obd0 pr3 ecu. As far as trannys I'd go with a ls atleast at first since that is probably what it is already gonna have. Especially if you are planning on significantly increasing its torque in the future. One other thing. DA's are great for swaps, they are cheaper and lighter the the 94+, and unlike the ef's there is no axle or hub issues. The only thing that kinda sucks with the DA's and even the EF's is the front crossmember. It makes fitting a turbo challenging. If you haven't already check out http://www.g2ic.com.

hasport does make the kit but unfortunately it wont work for da's. there isnt a proper tranny mount that lines up correctly, unless you fabricate one!

[white persona]anyway, to answer your question, http://www.g2ic.com would be a lot better place to look, because it's all about the 2gens and theres tons of people who have done the H22 swap and surley the gsr swap. hope this helps![/white persona]

If you have a 92-93 you will need an OBD 1 dohc vtec distributor, cable tranny and flywheel, OBD1 ecu, the stock axels will work, and you will have to wire up vtec if you don't buy a 92-93 gsr.
Last I checked obd2 and obd1 distributer are the same. thats why you can run a obd2 car with a obd1 ecu using a harness adapter. If you need to you can even use the ls distributer that is already on the b18b that is in it, just have to cut the one leg off of it that is in the way of the vtec solenoid. Use existing axles and intermediate shaft.

When you cut the leg off the distributor it is good only for temporary use. Everyone I know that has done this had problems with sputtering after a while. Just buy the right distributor.
