Default adjusting headlights

I just idd a quick search and got nothing so I figured I'd post it. How do you adjust the headlights on a 00 civic? one of my stocks got broken in an accident and the insurance was being asses about covering it and I couldn't afford a oem replacemtn so I got some el cheapo black housing lights. they look good, but they are pointing higher than most peoples high beams. I already tried lowering them using the 4 mounting bolts but that didn't do anything really. how can I adjust them to point where their supposed to? as always thanks for any helpful replies.

there are screws you screw to adjust the headlight. the more you screw it one way will alter the direction it points in.

Get a Haynes/Helms manual. They detail it PERFECTLY.
