Default spoon progressives or tein s. tech

i know there are a couple people on here with the tein s. techs on their ep's. i was wondering if anyone had the spoon progressive springs. this will only be temporary as i dont have enough money for the flt-a2's yet. i just wanted any opinions pro's and con's on either, but mainly which ones ride lower. i know the spoons are generally more expensive but i can get them both for the same price. so thanks ahead of time for any help.

well, since spoon makes the springs specifically for the ep3 and tein doesnt, i am going to go with the spoons. plus i have had nothing but the best experiences with spoon parts. i will let you all know how they work out when i get them on. thanks

My personal opinion, but I'd stay away from the Tein S-tech springs. They are softer than the oem springs (as noted) on the EP3 as they were designed for the coupe.

Spoon or H&R would be my first choice--which were designed for the ep3 specifically.

i have the s. tech's on my type s and i love them. had them since last christmas and the ride still feels like stock. i was going to get the progressives but when i found out it was $350 for the set...i went with the teins and saved $100. both are koo because they can be used with the stock shocks.
