ALB (ABS) pump running on after emergency braking

1987 Accord Aerodeck 4W.ALB ES 2.0i Auto. (ABS) pump running on after emergency braking
After braking hard enough for ABS to engage, the ABS pump can be heard running on intermitantly for approximately 15 minutes after ABS was used. I have tried fitting a new pump and bleeding the system. 1987 Honda Accord Aerodeck ES 2.0i 4W.ALB
