Default H22 w/SC in a Civic?

A friend of my brother's is picking up an H22 w/ SC for $2000. Is there any POSSIBLE way to fit it in a 5th gen Civic. I am an Accord guy and know that it has been done in an Accord, but it took $$$$. I told my brother that the strut tower would need a hole cut in it and it just wouldnt be worth it. I just want some other inputs on this. Would it not seem more logical to just go turbo, if he really wants F/I?

It's been done with our mount kit before. The problem with clearance isn't the shock tower, it's the brake booster. The plate that bolt to the top of the intake manifold is reather large and the corner interferes with the brake booster. to fix this you would either have to madify the plate by cutting the corner off and welding a plate to seal the hole, or remove the brake booster. It's possible a booster wih a smaller diameter might work, though I haven't had a chance to try this.
