are you using the stock ecu? Mostly all the chipped ecu's give pretty crappy gas mileage

Due to the fact that the car was running rich, my cat was burned up, so right now its hollow.

ECU that i am running is the jdm itr one.

Where are you driving? Around town on short trips as the primary source of mileage for my R I'd average around 18 mpg. When I switched to primarily interstate driving my mileage climbed to about 30 mpg.

Wow, from old posts, it seemed like everyone was getting at least 270 min.

So is it normal for me to avg only 170-200?

this consists of city and highway driving and + redlinning 5-10 times a day...

i tried once to drive normal but my gas mileage didnt help much, i only got 220.

Just trying to figure out why my gas mileage is soo bad.. but now u guys got me thinking that its normal
