Default 20+ PSI Daily guys....

Question for you. My initial goals were 450whp with Lovefab SST / Precision SC61 / Resleeved B16a. I'm now realizing its going to take more boost than I had originally though. So for the guys that are running 20+ PSI daily, how many miles does your motor have? When does reliability really start to drop? Have you ever had to do a rebuild? At how many miles? Thanks in advance.

question: Why do would you want to drive around with 20+psi on a daily basis? That's too much power for the street because you won't be able to find traction.

It would be really expensive to drive around on c16 all the time. The going rate for c16 is about $10/ gallon. I really don't think that many people drive around with 20+psi on a daily basis. I can see people driving around at 14.7 psi on a daily basis on pump gas because that is within the limits. Even at at 14.7 psi, it's pretty hard to drive a honda around on the street, on a daily basis. I still get scared doing 1 bar on the highway with my car.

I have a hard time finding traction above 10~12psi, 20+psi on mine blows the tires away in 3rd and some of 4th.....from rolling punches,

Actaully, if you're smart you can run around on 20+psi and still fill up at the pump. Then again I run a custom water/alky injection setup that engages at anything above 15psi....
