Default St May's dual shotgun exhaust, any good?

I was on IPS's website and it looks great but I didnt know if it improved performance considering that exhaust gases cool off ( therefore contracting) as they go back anyway and since the type R exhaust is pretty good already. How much is this system? Any comments on this exhaust?

That's what i figured too, but the design looks like it could help performance b/c it's becomes a dual exhaust further back compared to your average riceboy dual exhaust. If someone had dyno plots, that would be great.....
