Does anyone know of a good breaker bar to use? I don't have air tools and trying to get my nuts and bolts on my suspension undone is close to impossible even if I soak em in WD40 over night. TIA
i dunno if you guys have this store out there. but it's called "cummins" and they have some pretty nice/heavy duty stuff. don't use autozone or home depot breaker bars. i snapped 5 in 3 days. then went to cummins and bam. got it off in one try.

hehe Satan. I'm gonna checkout the local Sears and Crappy Tire. Might look up Habour Frieght as well. Not sure if there's a Cummins, gonna look it up.
ummmmm
Just grab a 1/2 inch rachet if you have one (3/8" will work if it's not super tight) and find a nice metal pipe that will just fit over the handle of the rachet. Bingo. You just got yourself an X foot braker bar.... and replace X with the length of your pipe.

lol. Yeah that's not the best thing for them.
Just get a pipe and put it over the breaker bar. I got a cheap *** one at Wal mart. I mean it's just a breaker bar how can it break. If it does it was only like $20 or so. Walmart will even exchange it for you if it does break. They want to keep you happy so they won't argue.

Hows that? Worked fine for me. All ya need is a little strength and some determination.

i'd advise not to use any piping extension on a rachet. granted it might work but in that span of us breaking our breaker bars. we also snapped a 1/2 in half. if you have troubles my advice is get a nice hefty breaker bar and a 6 foot 2inch metal pipe. it works wonders. literally.
In a pinch the piping extensions work if you dont have a bar laying around. I forgot to mention, when using the top half of the jack tube/arm sometimes you have to slit the top part of the handle and insert the rachet on that end of the bar to fit properly.
If you have a Craftsman rachet don't worry about breaking them... they are under warranty!

yeah, i was just going to say to go to home depot or lowes or something like that and buy some pipe, it costs like 2 bucks and works wonders. And don't forget to pick up a can of P.B Blaster. good luck.

Also an easy way to tell if your clutch is going to hold
