ok i got bov so the pressure goes away, the spring is NOT tight because at idle it's opened a bit..... so anyway,, once i let off on the gas, there is this sound like scratching noise, like once or twice, kinda like turbo winding down???? i dunno because if i boost then just clutch in, there's no sound, but if i boost then let of gas and decel, the sound is there.... wtf is this???

 

I actually have something that's sorta similar to that too. It's a ******* WIERD NOISE.
I let off the gas and it sounds like the hinges of a door are squeaking closed. im thinking it's the rusty wastegate actuator arm that's closing, but it just doesn't seem like it. Maybe i have the compressor side clocked too tighly and the wastegate arm is rubbing against the actuator.
