Default H&R springs SPORTS or RACE

Hey guys whats up ... as you all know I bought Mike M's py#147 and I will be doing some autocrossing with it first.... there is an event on nov.1st at Daytona interational speed way and I am sure i will do a few others ... the question is what are the differences as well as the pros and cons of the sports and the race springs made by H&R ... I know the drop is differnt and much lower on the race but I am not concerned about the drop......

what will be the most effective and best suited handling for autocross as well as the street .... is the race springs too much ... well if you guys could drop a hint i would appreciate it thanks...

H&R race: too stiff and too low. You stock shocks will die, the ride will be uncomfortable, and handeling will suffer. Some people get good results with spoon springs.

SUP BROTHHAAA

Hey man... X that bad boy stock as crap until you understand what
the stock suspension does FIRST! Good call! Mod your eyes, hands
and right foot first

then get them sport springs and I'll put em in
