thanks muffin it is the z1

Yup. It had those funny doors that wouldn't open completely. I don't think it's ever been sold in America.

Its a BMW Z1 where the doors slide down into the body...

edit : I was too late... but yeah...that car is old skool, I remember reading about that car like 10 years ago...
