Default Some H22 Swap Problems

I completed the swap about a two months ago and i am in the process of refilling my bank account lol. It is a JDM H22A in a 92 accord lx. With the p13 ecu in it idles at 2000 during warm up and 1250 at normal temp. With the f22 ecu in it usually idles normal (but not all the time). I am using the map off the accord (in a neat little black box on firewall) i do not have the IAB hooked up right now because the black container that i think held vaccum on the back of the h22a was cracked to hell. Can i use the IAB valve without it? I have the idle adjustment screw all the way in (tight).

If i floor the car rev limiter kicks in at 6400-6600. But if i stay at half throttle past that point and then floor it i can take it to 8200. ??? That will really **** you off when you are racing a b16 HB!

Ok sorry but just one more (thank you for reading this far) In the h22 swap i was supposed to use the accord axles with the prelude half shaft right? If i take a hard right under acceleration my axle seperates for the half shaft (does not come out all the way just makes noise when turning afterwards) I am guessing i need a new halfshaft or that bracket that attaches to the engine the the halfshaft for support.

Any help would be great

you need the accord half shaft and accord axles......i wouldn't even hook the f22 ecu up EVER...they're so NOT similar that you're gonna mess something up doing that eventually.......but are you getting any CEL ever...even if it doesn't stay on.....

are you getting any check engine lights right now cause it sounds like something isnt wired up right or a sensor is not giving the right signal...

U shouldn't be getting any cel with the f22 ecu cos everything is hooked up to it. But if u put the p13 in, it will definately throw codes, especially if u don't swap over the a6 and a11 for the o2 heater sensor.
I was using the f22 ecu for bout 6 months and everything seemed to be fine except that vtec came in at 2500rpm. ???

I am not throwing any codes on either ecu ever, and are you sure i am suposed to use the accord halfshaft. Also on the 4th gen you do not need to switch the heater wires. It ran fine with the f22 except no vtec.

prelude axles are longer than accorod axles. they will tend to bind and then brea, especially if you are lowered. to use theh lude halfshaft you are better of putting an accord axle with prelude inner joint on the driver side.
and you do have the bracket that supports the halfshaft installed right? if not i would not drive the car unless you really want to risk making a big mess when it comes apart and breaks and tears **** up.

i would doublel check all wiring, if you are rev limiting at around 6500 rpm it means its in limp home mode, whihc makes me thing that something is not wired right. you may also want to check and make sure the voltage range on your TPS is .5-4.5 as well.

Yeah, that bracket is installed, i am using both of the accord axles with the prelude int. shaft. The TPS resistance (ohms) not voltage right? Or are you saying measure voltage at the plug and not the sensor? I think i am going to get a new axle retaining clip put on the axle and see what that does. I am pretty sure i have everything wired right (been over it a few times) by the way what does the IAB do? Is is default open or closed, and if i dont have it hooked up what will that do? Thanks

a rev limiter on a p13 of ~6400rpms = limp mode

you are not getting vtec or have a cel, or both

do not adjust your idle with the idle screw, 99% of the time that is not the problem

No CEL
V-tec works perfect 100% at ~5200
I am good on oil level
I am also confused.
Maybe bad Temp sensor?
not always telling ecu the engine is warm (hence the idle also)
but then again v-tec always works, ugh i dunno?
any one?
