It's an oem replacement, you have to get a casper kit for h4's or fabricate your own for a 9006 fit

d2r is a bulb type wihtin itself, like h4 or 9006. thats a true hid systems bulb. casper shield i believe is for h4 apps only lat i checked. this will work awsome in retro fitted projectors, or reflectors...

Day and Night man! Just kidding, but the H4H doesn't have the large base around it, that's the noticeable difference. Its a bulb that only came in some japanese cars.

If you get the casper shields it's just plug and play-no modding required.
