I was recently working on my car, and my power wire to my amp touched a ground. It popped one of my fuses and now my main relay clickes really fast when i try to start my car, it's turning over, just not starting. I went and got a new relay and plugged it up, and the new one does the same thing. My lights and radio and stuff still work, just don't know what to do next. Oh..I have a '91 Acura Integra LS:acura:

 

check all of your fuses, in the engine bay and under the dash

 

it can also do that if your battery is drained and just shy of enough current. try jumpstarting.
