Default ice from a/c?

I have a 94 dx sedan. The a/c wasn't blowing very cold so i added some r134. It started blowing cold for a while, and now it seems it is back to just cool. Well, I went on a long trip this past weekend and used the a/c. When i was at my destination, i noticed that below my glove box, on a metal piece there was ice accumulated. Also, m a/c system discharges a lot of water (from underneath the car) about twice what i am used to seeing. Any suggestions?

check to make sure you do not have a leak. my friends del sol would have cold a/c for a week maybe but then needed to be recharged. we then figured out it was a leak in the a/c lines.
