Default Spring Help! Eibach Pro's vs. Comptech Sport vs. Type R Stock

Stock --- --- 212 lb/in 117 lb/in
Stock Type R 0.51" 0.51" 246 lb/in 140 - 246 lb/in
Comptech Sport 1.25" 1.25" 331 lb/in 126 - 194 lb/in
Eibach Pro-Kit 1.3" 1.3" 331 lb/in 126 - 194 lb/in

The comptech sports and the eibach pro's look pretty much identical in spring rates - Any thoughts from anyone who's actually run Comptech's?

I'm looking for a slight drop for my 95 GSR, improvement in handling - but no autox, just street. So I was considering Type-R stocks.

Any recommendations/Suggestions? I'm not exactly sure what shocks I want to pair any of this up with, but I have a friend offering me Comptech Sports for around $100 and was wondering if it would fit my needs.

Will I need a camber kit?

Thanks!
Rage

You'll be pressed to find a better deal than what your buddy is offering you. I'd take up his offer.

Also, you won't need a camber kit for 1.25" of drop. Typically, anything over 1.5" would warrent needing the kit. I would recommend getting an alignment after you throw your springs in.

Furthermore, are you still going to run the stock struts?? If so, expect them to blow out in the next year with either the Comptechs or the Eibachs.
