Stock GSR Leather seats Vs Corbeau Targa RS
How do you compare both in comfort, appearence, durability etc..?
A decent pair of GSR seats will be arpound $400- 500 and Corbeau Targa RS
with brakets etc shipped is around $750

I have a Targa RS sitting in my room. I had it for my CRX, but it was too large of a seat for the CRX...IMO it's also too large for the Integra. Better suited for larger interiored cars like Camaros, 300ZX's, Supras.
As far as comfort, it was nice, definately much more aggressive, but because the CRX was such a little car, getting in and out of it was slightly less convenient. I ended up getting the Corbeau A4 for the CRX and loving it.
Now if anybody is interested in a almost brand new, still in mint condition black Corbeau Targa RS, shoot me an email.

well i dont have the corbeau i have teh sparco torinos street seats i enjoy them much more than i did the leather seats. the stock gsr leather seats to me just arent comfortable as much and dont hold you as well in the turns.
i havent driven in it yet... but i put a del sol seat in my car yesterday... thats a pretty nice seat imo... its sits low and its pretty good with holding u in place (from my jumping back forth on the seat like an idiot) much better than stock civic seats and imo better than the gsr seats as well..

I just installed the Corbeau in the 95 LS, and used the brackets designed for the EK. The seat is much better than stock and fits fine. I had to drill a couple of extra holes in the bracket but that's it. One thing about the Corbeau brackets is they put the seat about 2" higher than stock. Feels funny at first and if you're tall you may touch the headliner. But for the comfort and grip the seats provide, you can concentrate on driving instead of holding onto the steering wheel for support. I'll probably cut down the rear mount on the seat to lower it about an inch to provide more headroom.
fastbrakes, which Corbeau did you put A4 or Targa? Dis you buy it thry Group buy? If you don't mind can you tell us how much did you pay?
Don't know about GSR seats, but I didn't like the seats on my '90 GS one bit...so uncomfortable on long trips and no support except for lumbar. I have Corbeau Carreras though and they are a lot better...more comfortable and you are not going to slide around in that thing! You are in tight (especially around the waist) which is good - as long as you aren't big (tight on me and my waist is about 33"). I found the Carreras to be at the same height as the stock seats with the seat mounts (actually gained a little headroom as I could go forward a little more and then recline back more. Don't know if I will keep them for long though as my integra is now being converted to a fullon racecar. I'd still like two seats in the car though.

I have a Targa RS. I bought it back in 99 for my Civic. I paid somewhere around $380 with the bracket and shipping. Brackets are made by a company called XS Engineering (not the same one that does computer stuff).
