ok heres the story i have a 91 civic dx hb and i already switched it from 2 injection to 4. a friend of mines gave me a dohc zc swap that he had sitting in his garage for helping him do a swap. now the motor is complete it has the zc tranny and it has a si wire harness but that dosent matter to me. now heres my ?'s

1st i want to puit an si tranny on it and i heard somewhere toturn a 4 spd to a 5 sd u need to change the hub splines or the whole wheel hub ture or false

2nd the crank angle sensor is broke where can i get another one from and what other car has one of those i was thinking a 86-88 integra had one put i am not sure

3rd ok now since it come w/ the zc tranny and i want to put the si tranny on it and since i am goiung to be taking the tranny off what clutch and flywheel do i use the one from the si or does it have to be a zc clutch and are the fly wheels the same for either tranny

4th ? it has a dissy on it but if it turns out that the dissy is bad what other car has a compatible dissy that can be used

and my last ? i'm going to put a turbo set up on it too and i want to get some cam gears and a fuel rail and fpr. who makes the cam gears and what motor are they compatible too and the same for the fuel rail i want aem

1st ?- I think the axles inner spline counts are the same so you can use your stock axles if you dont want to change hubs. I know this is true on Hf CRXs.

2nd ?- The 88-89 Teg crank sensor should work fine.

3rd ?- You match the clutch and flywheel to the year of the tranny.

4th ?- 88-89 Teg distributor works.

1st, if you use an usdm si tranny, just use your stock axles/hubs. the tranny side of the axles are the same as the si, the hub side might be different.. regardless, just use the dx axles and hubs.

3rd, use the clutch that's appropriate for your tranny. here's a compatibility chart:

4th, what he said, 88-89 teg dizzy

If your car has a 4spd in it than it is not a DX, it's an STD. And you can use your stock axles with the Si tranny and leave your knuckles in and it will be fine.

2nd the crank angle sensor is broke where can i get another one from and what other car has one of those i was thinking a 86-88 integra had one put i am not sure

88-89 Integra

3rd ok now since it come w/ the zc tranny and i want to put the si tranny on it and since i am goiung to be taking the tranny off what clutch and flywheel do i use the one from the si or does it have to be a zc clutch and are the fly wheels the same for either tranny

Use the clutch and flywheel for whatever year that tranny is.

4th ? it has a dissy on it but if it turns out that the dissy is bad what other car has a compatible dissy that can be used

88-89 Integra

and my last ? i'm going to put a turbo set up on it too and i want to get some cam gears and a fuel rail and fpr. who makes the cam gears and what motor are they compatible too and the same for the fuel rail i want aem

JUN makes cam gears for the DOHC ZC

If you are going to run a turbo on this engine you might want to look at upraging your connecting rods, I have heard that b16 rods will fit the ZC.
