got a pimp job makin alot of $$, ill have enough for a turbo in a short amount of time, prob is I live in CA (smog/CARB) and i have seen how much time and $$ is spent tuning/maintaining a turbo (on my brothers car), Not looking to boost real high, this will be my daily driver, 92dx hb, stock b18c1, would it be worth it? Can't beat BOV's and huge intercoolers

does cali have private inspection stations?

If they do...custom kit and pay the guy $20 on top of the $60-80 inspection charge...then your kit will kick more *** than the greddy kit and be a **** load cheaper...just a suggestion...

inspectors can turn in each other for like 5k reward if they see some mistesting, I doubt 20 bucks will do it but you never know.

greddy kit with a 18g upgrade would be sweet.

correct me if im wrong if your not looking to get alot of power why not get a kit with internal wasgate so that way you will cut down on the inspection thats why they make thoughs kits just wont have all the horses that external would have.

its temp work ;0 so im hoping to try to do SOMTHING to my car

yeah i know the greddy kit isnt as powerful as any of the other "kits" because of making the kit carb legal, which is what im lookin for.
