I'm preparing for my DPFI to MPFI swap. Yes I know there is alot of topics covering the swap,but I just want to know if there is anything I can do to insure that it goes as easy as possible. I have all the components. I start the swap next weekend. I just want to get a head start this weekend. Anything I can do to make the swap go as easy as possible. Any problems to expect? I just want to solidifiy, and make the swap as easy as possible.

I would print out a wiring schematic for the conversion, if you haven't already. Also make sure that you have all the little things.....solder, heat shrink, extra wire, coolant, new intake manifold gasket, and most of all, a Helms manual. Take your time and good luck.

 

Thanks for the heads up on all the the little things. I've over looked a few but, i'll take care of them this week.
