valve springs/retainers in B18C1 with CTR cams.?

valve springs/retainers in B18C1 with CTR cams.?
just wondering which valve springs and retainers i should use on my B18C1. its got CTR/00-01 ITR cams, Hondata ecu with 8600rpm redline.
should i just go with stock ITR valve springs and retainers? or upgrade to aftermarket ones, like Skunk2 titanium retainers? will i need to change both inner and outter springs? please let me know what i should get. thanks
