Default Need to re-install stock airbox and remove AEM CAI - help

My roommate is supposed to have his '96 Civic EX returned to stock by tuesday to take to the dealer for the trade-in he just completed on a '00 Civic SI. We have been removing the easy stuff like stereo, speakers, sub, strut bar, wheels and a tow-hitch (yeah) but we're not sure about taking out the AEM CAI and putting back in the stock box. Does anyone have any web instructions with pics, or at least a AEM install with pics that we could do in "reverse?" We're not the most mechanically skilled in the world, and our local speed shop closed up recently. We figure it's gotta be pretty easy though. Otherwise the dealer where the SI was bought will probably rape him on installation fees.
thanks

Umm, should be very easy... only a few bolts and hose clamps... im not familiar with the civic version...

But...there should be a hose clame on the TB...that will have to come out any hoses (breather) will have to be removed, should only be one....
should be only like one other bolt holding the AEM to the chassis.....it should have a soft mount bushing also...once that is out

slap on the stock air box, tighten the connection to the TB(throttle body) and look for the holes, and look at the screws and see what fits where.....

The resonator if he still has it could be a pain, if it's anything like the integra...you should take off the wheel and take off the fender well liner and fit it in ther and bolt it back on...

thats as simple as i can make it....

I really hope it helps, hit me up with an HTIM if you have any questions that might be too embarassing to ask

Now come on - That'd be like if you asked me how to configure some simple software on your PC and I said it was as easy as playing solitare. Sure, I may spend my day in networks, routers and Linux boxes, but I'm not going to treat you like you're a tard. Just because I think a task is trivial at MY level, doesn't mean I'm going to assume it's trivial at YOUR level. Yeah, you do an engine swap so you of course think putting the air box back in is cake. I'm just lucky to install a sway bar and strut bar with the tools I have. Plus there's the whole factor of my roommate thinking I'm just gonna fug it all up, gotta put our minds at ease with pretty diagrams and pictures!

Oh well, nuff outa me - either way I got a good laugh from your comment.

Well we got it all on there - had to wait a couple days cause someone else had the car... at first we were a little confused with some of the hoses, what with not installing the CAI in the first place, and nothing but the SI to reference it with. But it gave us some good enough clues that we got it all back together. We dropped it off at the dealer and I think my roommate was a little sad, but he cheered up as soon as we tore off in the SI.
