Should I wait until the first oil change to install a Type R Valve Cover?
Well, I just got a brand new Type R Valve Cover
. My car only has about 2,500 miles on it. When the car reaches 3,000 miles I'm changing the oil. Should I wait until that time because of the break-in oil to change the Valve Cover or does it matters? Thanks

Break in period and changing the valve has nothing to do with each other. Go ahead and change it now. But if it was me I would swap the valve cover when you change the oil because while you are waiting for the old oil to drip completely out you can use that time to swap the cover.

torque the cover down to helms spec or you will snap the **** out of the bolts that hold it on, trust me.
i would think you want to change you first tank of oil before 3000 miles... my moms new scoob wrx has it changed after 1k....
Well, I don't want to be rude so I'm not going to act like an *******. But a like it for looks, I know it doesn't give any HP but for show it will give you points. And yes I'm also working on buying a Header, Sway bars and go fast items for my car.
P.S. I also got the OEM Body kit, no HP but it looks damn good
