Need help w/ wheel offset

I'm ordering my rims soon and just wanted to be sure a 40mm offset on a 15x6.5" rim is good for my setup. I have a 95 Civic EX w/ Skunk2 coilovers. I just want to make sure i'm not going to be rubbing or anything.

you won't rub at all. I have C/O's also. I am running with 16 x 7" rims with a +42mm offset. I don't rub at all.
